Already, work has begun on the site, the main contractor is BCL. Other consultants are JITE Projects (piling contractor); EMMS Consulting Engineering Limited (structural engineers); iEPM Integral Engineers, (mechanical engineers); Archtion (architects) and APD (project managers).

At the launching and investment session in Lagos, Cruxstone’s Managing Director, Dr. Adetoro Bank-Omotoye, said: “The Autograph Plus is a premium hotel apartment for extended-stay investment, where investors make a guaranteed return on their investment.
