Air Travellers

Nigerian Government just removed all Covid-19 Protocols for Air Travellers. No PCR test, no QR code no mask mandate.

CNN just listed Nigeria as one of the most accessible destinations in the World out of 199 territories.

According to a post by Ikechi Uko on facebook, the African Development Bank AFDB in its just released Visa Openness Index listed Nigeria as one of the most improved destinations for African travellers in the 2021/22.

Nigeria moved from number 25 to number 6 in Africa. In the last 4 years Nigeria has become one of the easiest places for Africans to visit. Nigeria, Benin and Ethiopia are the most improved. Seychelles, Rwanda and Mauritius are still ahead of the pack.

A very good testimony. I am very proud of the work Nigerian Government through Immigration and Foreign affairs have done so Far.

One thing that is yet to be done though.
The E-Payment System for online visa is presently shambolic. Knowing that Flutterwave and Paystack are Nigerian owned platforms there is no reason why the visa payment should be clumsy.

Meanwhile, congratulations once again to Nigerians in Diaspora. You can now return home with your expired Passports.

For Non Africans, Nigerian Visa is still on basis of reciprocity.

Nigerian Foreign Policy is Africa Focused.
