Africa: Lagos Southern Sun Hotel promises a return to new experience, set to reopen in September


One of the leading hospitality facilities in Lagos State, Nigeria, Southern Sun Ikoyi is set to reopen its doors on September 1, 2020.

According to memo sent by Ubong Nseobot, the Sales & Marketing Manager, the hotel, which is a Tsogo Sun brand, is delighted to be back after the long COVID-19 induced break. Also, several measures had been put in place to guarantee the safety of their clients.

The COVID-19 pandemic has certainly dictated a new way of life, and rest assured we are adhering to all the required safety and hygiene protocols.

Our team is ready to take your bookings and are looking forward to your return. With great rates including breakfast, you are welcome to book online by visiting or directly with the hotel as per your company’s travel policy.

As you get ready to get back to business you can be confident of the fact that we are still in the business of superior attention and intuitive service, with great added values including complimentary and unlimited Wi-Fi.

As a valued Tsogo Sun Hotels Rewards Member, we understand that your tier status and SunRands are important to you. Please rest assured that when you resume travel, you will have the peace of mind that your membership benefits are there for you.

SunRands expiry: To ensure that you have sufficient time to redeem your SunRands, the expiry of all SunRands will be paused until 31 March 2021. This means that you will be able to use your SunRands for future bookings provided that the reservations are made before 31 March 2021.

Tier Status: We are happy to let you know that you will be able to enjoy your current status until March 2021, thereafter status levels will be evaluated as per the programme terms and conditions.
