Angolan national carrier, TAAG Angola has resumed flight connections between Luanda and Lagos, re-launching trade and tourism between both countries, after roughly a year and seven months of delay due to Covid19.
The airline which commenced the operations on Thursday 8th October 2021 said in a statement that the flights from Lagos to its capital in Luanda will further connect other destinations, Cape Town, Johannesburg, Kinshasa, Lisbon, Maputo, Sao Paulo, Sao Tome, and Windhoek.
The airline said it will operate two times a week, on Tuesdays and Fridays.
The airline initially made its entry into the Nigerian aviation sector in 2019 with a B737-800 with 170 passengers from the Angola.
