Aviation: Emirates appoints new country manager for Nigeria, Southern Africa

Middle East carrier has appointed Paulos Legesse as the new Country Manager for Nigeria.

Legesse will be taking over from Mr. Afzal Parambil, who will be moving out to manage Emirates operations in Southern Africa based in Johannesburg from a regional capacity.

According to a statement by Emirates, Mr. Legesse, before this appointment was the Country Manager for Ivory Coast.

He had also looked after Emirates Nigeria during 2009 – 2013. He is coming back to Nigeria after a stint of 7 years with a wealth of experience. He will oversee all the commercial activities for Emirates in Nigeria.

Emirates offers 14 weekly flights from Lagos and Abuja via Dubai to over 100 destinations covering six continents across the globe, and continue to increase flights to key cities. This provides your customers more choices in our expanding network.
