Aviation: Leads Africa recognizes Ethiopian Airlines’ Tewolde GebreMariam as ‘Africa’s Patriotic CEO’

The League of African Development Students (known as LEADS Africa), a youth development group, graced Mr. Tewolde GebreMariam, Group CEO of Ethiopian airlines for the resilience and innovative leadership as ‘AFRICA’s PATRIOTIC CEO’.

LEADS Africa is Pan-African student’s organization with the objective of creating platforms for capacity building, networking and peer review among student leaders in Africa.

The team extended deep appreciation to Ethiopian Airlines for the immense contribution to Africa’s quest for the development.
Mr. Esayas Woldemariam, A/Chief Commercial Officer of Ethiopian Airlines, received the award on behalf of Mr. Tewolde on March 30, 2021G.C.

On the other hand, Mr. Wasihun Asres, VP Human Capital Management, received a certificate of appreciation for the excellent performance of Ethiopian Airlines Board, management, staff and stakeholders for their corporate commitment.
