A statement by the hotel says: “The world is currently facing a global pandemic of Coronavirus, and it is unfortunate that the health and safety of the global traveler is compromised, causing apprehension about travel in our minds.
“Our thoughts go out to those who have been affected in whichever way and we applaud the sterling efforts all those who have been and continue to be on the front line in the battle to contain the spread of this virus.
“Serena Hotels wishes to advise that the company is closely monitoring the situation on an ongoing basis and has taken the necessary steps to have precautionary measures put in place at all our properties.
