Rwandan government has appointed officers into key strategic positions in the country.
Former Country Representative for the USAID East Africa Trade & Investment Hub, Zephanie Niyonkuru, was appointed as the deputy chief executive officer, Rwanda Development Board (RDB).
Zephanie Niyonkuru holds a Master of Science in Finance (Economic Policy) from the SOAS University of London.
Also, Louise Kanyonga, is now the Chief Strategy and Compliance Officer at the Rwanda Development Board. Kanyonga previously headed the Strategic and Competitiveness Department at RDB. She also served as the RDB Deputy CEO in an acting capacity.
The government also appointed Janet Karemera as the new Deputy CEO of the Rwanda Convention Bureau.
