Continuing to subsidize Alitalia is 'financial foolishness' and is a criminal SCAM. Any person with direct involvement with the 'financials' at Alitalia - know full well the internal corruption and external extortion of that airline constrains the operation to monetary losses on each flight hour. It cannot be sustained. There is no one, currently, in Alitalia management or BoD, capable of steering that airline into clear air. Alitalia, as currently configured, cannot be saved. The arrogance, ineptness, myopia, nonchalant mismanagement and fabricated projections have 'infected' the company and is 'killing it.
