WOW.....WHAT A DISHONEST STORY. this woman was arrested after she was asked to leave because she was drunk, loud, vulgar in a family restaurant in the middle of the night. she also threaten to come back and shoot up the restaurant. the police were called and she resisted arrest....it was unfortunate that her breast were exposed. the police did not expose her breast on purpose. stop writing lies.
