This is really disturbing. Could Mr James Wainaina Macharia, cabinet secretary for Kenya’s Ministry of Transport who signed the agreement, and all players including the Immigration Dept and Foreign Affairs Ministry give a travel advisory to all Kenyans wishing to go to Cambodia that racism is rife in that country and as a long-term Kenyan resident living there has confirmed, the current going rate for bribes at all Kampuchea airports is USD 1500.I will provide a link. You have been warned and would really welcome people affected by this to come forward. It is the only way we can stop this stupid behaviour by the Cambodian officials.
