The article recites a lot of 'promises' and 'glitter' about the future...while spreading all those platitudes over decades of...abysmal...commercial airline performance. There was not one word referencing MAINTENANCE of aircraft - which is BY FAR - the most critical element in airline operations. Where...and 'how' did these people develop management skills, operational acumen, money and finance skills, pilot and maintenance training systems, technical skills and marketing skills - seemingly overnight? If these folks can 'deliver' on their dubious claims of superior air service - KUDOS !! However, my knowledge and experience in Uganda predicts - 'more of the same' - and another commercial airline failure.
