Iva Kutle has been appointed as director of destination marketing for hotels across the Middle East, Africa and Turkey by American multinational hospitality company Hilton.
According to Hospitality Net, Kutle joined Hilton from Google MENA, where she spent seven years working closely with some of the largest travel and tourism organisations in the region, including Emirates Airline, Etihad Airways, Dubai Economy and Tourism, and Abu Dhabi Department of Culture and Tourism.
As part of her remit at Google, she helped them leverage Google’s platforms to grow brand presence and achieve business objectives.

She first joined Google as industry manager, travel and tourism. After five years in that role, she moved up to global destination marketing partner, where she managed top destination marketing organisations globally.
Prior to joining Google, Kutle was a marketing and e-commerce director for Croatia’s leading hospitality company, Valamar Hotels & Resorts, which operates 50 properties along the Adriatic coast.
