The management of Best Premier Hotel and Resort, Port Harcourt one of the oil rich states in Nigeria is seeking for suitable buyers to acquire the four star hotel.
The hotel situated at KM 27 Aba-Port Harcourt express way is a market leader in the Port Harcourt region and its environs. The hotel which is on a piece of land measuring an area of 4,000 m2 is well maintained and boast of a clientele of the leading oil and gas companies , power generation and distribution companies and their support service companies.
According to an advert placed in Thisday Newspaper, calling for Expression of Interest from members of the public, the management decided to spin-off the hotel as result of a change in its corporate strategy.
Best Premier Hotel which previously flew the flags of Protea and Best Western (Premier) brands is one of the preferred hospitality brands in the oil rich city of Port Harcourt and boasts of modern amenities such as gymnasium, lawn tennis court, conference rooms and shopping mall. Other facilities include banquet hall, board rooms, meeting room. It has presidential suite, junior presidential suite, suite superior room and lounge.
