The Regional General Manager, Ecosignature Hospitality Services, Lagos, Enitan Aisha Olokode has been listed as one of the Top 100 Women in Hospitality in Nigeria.
Enitan Aisha Olokode, a turnaround specialist with years of expertise in the hospitality sector. Aisha directs and manages the strategic commercial success of the group hotels in her capacity as Commercial Manager-Nigeria of the Turkish based Continent Worldwide Hotel – with over 109 hotels in over 12 countries across 4 continents. In her role, she assists the General Managers with sales, marketing, and revenue management tasks while putting up bids to secure new business, negotiating, and signing contracts. Additionally, she develops and implements marketing, revenue, and sales plans for the entire organization.
Enitan began her professional career path with Continent Worldwide Hotels as a management trainee before assuming her current position within the group. Through her years of hotel service, Enitan has gained proven leadership expertise in hospitality operations, sales, and staff development, making her a valuable asset to Continent Worldwide Hotel.
Ms. Olokode, an alumnus of Atiba University Oyo and the Lagos State Polytechnic (now Lagos State University of Science and Technology), holds a mMBA in Hospitality and Tourism Consulting, Bachelor’s Degree (BSc.) in Hotel Management and Tourism, a Higher National Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism Management among others. She has developed herself in the field by acquiring several certifications in specialised areas and fields such as Forensic Accounting, Hospitality Distribution & Revenue Management, Customer Relationship Management, Leadership mastery, Emotional Intelligence, Food Safety and Hygiene in the Catering Industry, among several others.
She is Associate member of Association of Tourism & Hospitality Consultants in Nigeria (ATHCON).
