Africa’s leading Airline Ethiopian Airlines shone like bright stars at the Prestigious Africa Travel Awards Dinner at Akwaaba African Travel Market held recently in Lagos.
Ethiopian Airlines took home four of the 6 Airline Awards on offer at the dinner attended by the leading lights in Africa Travel and Tourism landscape.
The Deputy Minister of Tourism and Hospitality from Zimbabwe Honourable Anastasia Ndlovu was the special Guest of Honour. Senators and High Government officials from Nigeria and Travel Professionals from 16 Countries were in attendance at the dinner graced by the beautiful Carnival Calabar dancers.
Ethiopian Airlines won Best Airline in Africa, The Best Economy Class in Africa, The Best Business Class in Africa and the Best in-flight entertainment in Africa.
The Awards were received by The General Manager Nigeria Mr. Solomon Begashaw who led other ET managers to receive the Awards.
