It seems celebrities in the diaspora are catching the Dorime bug, with retired American basketball legend, Shaquille O’ Neal joining the challenge.
The former basketball player took to his Instagram account to show us his dance moves.
According to Legit Nigeria, O’Neal broke out his dance moves to a remix of the song “Ameno Amapiano” by Nigerian artiste Goya Menor and Nektunez.
The upbeat track, produced by Ghanaian record producer Nektunez, has been steadily climbing the music charts with its recent popularity. Goya Menor is the artist who wrote the song and its lyrics.

In the caption that accompanied the video, Shaq replaced the word ‘bamba’ with ‘rumble’ and teasingly asked his followers if they want to chill with the big boys.
It could also be recalled that Manchester United and France midfielder, Paul Pogba posted a video of him vibing to the remix of Ameno Amapiano.
Pogba took to his Instagram page to post a video of himself vibing to the viral hit after getting a haircut from popular football celebrity UK based hair-dresser, Mohamed Alsanawi who is the also the C.E.O of Astar barbers.
He posted the video with the caption, “You wanna bamba ?!”
The post which currently has over four million views at the moment confirms just how global Goya Menor’s 2021 viral hit has gone.
