In a bid to enhance collaboration within the aviation sector, Mr. Kamil Alawadhi, the Vice-President for Africa and the Middle East at the International Air Transport Association (IATA), met with Mrs. Olubunmi Kuku, the Managing Director/Chief Executive of the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN),
The meeting, held at FAAN Headquarters in Lagos, aimed to discuss strategies for improving air transport in the region and fostering stronger partnerships and sustainable growth of Nigeria’s Aviation industry.
Mr. Alawadhi commended the significant improvements at Nigerian airports, noting FAAN’s dedication to maintaining high standards of safety, security, and passenger experience.
Discussions also covered infrastructure development and further opportunities for cooperation.
