Africa: Nigerian College of Aviation Technology Complies with FG directives to Shut down

The Nigerian College of Aviation Technology (NCAT), has closed the institution to further contain the spread of the dreaded Coronavirus pandemic in the country.

According to a statement by the institution, the management has directed the closure of the college from Monday, 23rd March 2020 for all categories of students except for those on approval extension will elapse on Thursday, 26ht March 2020, due to the disease.

It stated that the closure does not affect members of staff adding that staff are expected to report for work until further notice.

“Heads of Schools, Departments and Units are advised to bring the contents of this memo to the notice of their respective staff for strict compliance”
