Africa: Nigerian Student In Ghana Breaks Academic Record, Wins 12 Of 15 Awards

A Nigerian student of Medical Sciences in Ghana at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology has broken the institution’s academic record.

The Nigerian student identified as Fathia Ayodele Kareem won a total of 12 out of 15 awards. The 25-year-old academic genius is an alumnus of the Wesley Girls High School.

During her period of academic study at the Wesley Girls High School, she bagged the initial record of 8 out of 15 awards.

Ultimate FM quoted Kareem to have answered when asked if she expected the number of awards, “Yes and No. Yes because I worked hard by studying and no because I did not expect to receive these number of awards.”
