Africa: Nigerian Tourism Development Corporation Partners 2022 Awori Summit

The Nigerian Tourism Development Corporation (NTDC), has concluded plans to partner with the organiser of the 2022 Awori Summit billed to hold in December.

The Nigerian Tourism Development Corporation is the apex tourism regulatory agency charged with the responsibility of promoting and marketing Nigeria’s vast tourism products and potentials, within and outside the borders of Nigeria.

According to a letter signed on behalf of the Director General, NTDC, Folarin Coker, by the Legal Adviser, Funebi Out-Umondak to His Royal Majesty, Sulaiman Adekunle Bamgbade (Ayodele III) Olofin of Isheri, it said, “The summit will culminate into the Awori Cultural Festival which is slated for December 2022 and is aimed at creating awareness of the rich culture and tourism potentials of the people in Awori Kingdoms.

“The Corporation believes that the 2022 Awori Summit will be an avenue for various stakeholders to galvanize ideas towards the promotion of unity and cultural values of the Awori people.
