Africa: Online criticism trails crammed pictures of housemates in Big Brother Ghana’s version

Ghanaians were miffed by the popular reality TV show, Big Brethren Ghana, the country’s version Big Brother as crammed pictures of housemates sleeping in the house surfaced online.

According to afamnews.com, some photos from the reality show which were shared online caused uproar as some of the housemates were spotted sleeping in an overcrowded and dirty room.

Some Ghanaians expressed their anger against organizers of the show for “disgracing the country”, as they fear they might get trolled just like Big Brother Cameroon.

The internet was awash recently with the news of a fire incident at Cameroon’s Big Brother house while some of the housemates were cooking. The fire occasion which was seen live by the show’s viewers happened in the kitchen while two female Big Brother housemates were trying to use the microwave.

In a short clip which went viral online, the two female housemates were seen running to safety after an appliance they were using burst into flames.
