Rwanda made a strong impression at the World Travel Market (WTM) London 2025, presenting its diverse range of attractions and tourism experiences to thousands of international buyers, investors, and media professionals.

Held from November 4 to 6, 2025, the globally renowned trade fair served as a strategic platform for Team Rwanda, led by the Rwanda Development Board (RDB), to deepen global partnerships and promote the country as a premier destination for business, adventure and leisure travel.

The Rwandan delegation brought together representatives from the RDB, the Rwandan High Commission in the United Kingdom, RwandAir, and leading private-sector operators, demonstrating the nation’s integrated approach to tourism promotion. Participating companies included RwandAir, Primates Safaris, Hermosa Life Tours, Wilderness, Blue Monkey Rep, Triple Legacy Travels, Kings Safaris, and Wildlife Tours — each highlighting Rwanda’s signature tourism offerings, from luxury safaris and mountain gorilla trekking to cultural and wellness experiences.

Throughout the three-day event, delegates engaged in high-level B2B meetings, media briefings, and partnership discussions, aimed at strengthening relationships with international tour operators and travel professionals. WTM London, often described as “the birthplace of the global travel trade,” attracts more than 35,000 participants from 180 countries, offering a hub for collaboration, innovation, and shared learning.

For Rwanda, the event served as both a marketing and networking milestone — a space to increase visibility, strengthen trade ties, and expand its tourism reach across key European and global markets. Rwanda’s presence also highlighted the country’s ongoing investment in sustainable tourism, community empowerment, and conservation — values that continue to define its tourism brand on the international stage. With its modern infrastructure, eco-friendly policies, and seamless air connectivity through RwandAir, Rwanda continues to emerge as one of Africa’s fastest-growing tourism destinations.
