Accra Weizo which is making a comeback after a three-year break due to the COVID-19 pandemic is slated to hold on 26th May, 2023 in Accra City Hotel. The event is a travel event targeted at growing seamless travel business in West Africa and it is organised by Akwaaba African Travel Market in partnership with Ghana Tourism Authority.
The event opened to all African Tour Operators which offers an opportunity to meet and network with the leading tourism personalities in West Africa. It is pertinent to attend and also to meet with eminent experts in the travel industry. The event will also feature travel and tourism experts who will discuss the future of the travel and tourism industry.
Over the years, Accra Weizo has been the biggest travel event in Ghana having in attendance Minister of Tourism, Director General of Tourism Agencies and prominent drivers of Travel and Tourism in Africa. The travel fair has grown to become an event found in every arena of tour operations in West Africa and has helped in changing the narrative of West Africa by collaborating and easing business in tourism across Africa.
