Tourism Review International (TRI) and World Tourism Board have singled out Boulevard Palace Hotel situated in Monrovia, 4.4 km from Liberian National Museum as a first class hospitality facility in Liberia based on its customers reviews, facilities and its operations during the covid-19 lockdown.
In a press release issued in Monrovia over the weekend, Michelle A. Gyan, Editor-in-Chief of the journal said the recognition was based on a number of issues which included, “guest reviews published within the last year, while also high lighting the fact that the hotel operated throughout COVID 19 period with all major facilities including air conditioning, parking, Wi-Fi, constant power supply, among others were delivered effectively in a report published by frontpageafricaonline.com
He expressed thanks and gratitude to the Government and people of Liberia for the level of peace and stability the country continue to enjoyed, mentioning also that the Boulevard Palace ideal location makes it more suitable for business.
Speaking over the weekend, Gyan said he was in Liberia on a visit to access tourism, travel and hospitality facilities in the country and propose recommendations to the World Tourism Review Board as to how the tourism industry in the county can regained its prewar status.
Based on my observation, Gyan indicated, “The Boulevard Palace facility did not experience any power crises during our stay there as compared to other places some of my colleagues visited. Remember also that this country has a problem with energy.”

Gyan named the 700 square mile Sapo National Park in southern Liberia, the beaches at Robertsport in Grand Cape Mount County along the Atlantic Ocean and the 40 square mile Lake Paso near the Liberian border with Sierra Leone as other well-known areas to be visited.
