The Zambia Tourism Agency (ZTA) marketing team led by the Chief Marketing Officer, has met with Amigo Events and Side Ways, organisers of the Davido Concerts in Zambia at ZTA offices, to explore collaboration opportunities for the upcoming concert.
The first show will be hosted on the 1st of May 2026 at Ciela Resort and will include American artist Ricky Ross, Congo’s Koffi Olomide, South Africa’s Uncle Waffles and Ya Levi’s, an artist based in France. The second show will be hosted on the 2nd of May 2026 in the Show grounds.

The Zambia Tourism Agency was also pleased to note that both shows will feature local artist performances, adding a strong cultural dimension to the events. Beyond attracting international visitors, the concerts are expected to significantly boost domestic tourism, with a projected attendance of 50,000.
The engagement highlighted the important role music plays in driving tourism, boosting destination visibility, and attracting both local and international audiences.
