Africa: Angola Airlines strengthens fleet with six new aircraft

Angola Airlines, as part of the process of renewing its fleet of aircraft, has acquired six new Dash8-400s, from the Canadian company “De Havilland of Canada Limited”.

According to a press release from the national flag company, the announcement was made on the sidelines of the 53rd conference of the Paris International Air Show (Paris Air Show), in the presence of the minister of Transport, Angolan, Ricardo D’Abreu.

According to the document, the Paris international aviation hall was marked by the transition from the Dash8 / Q series aircraft program from the Bombardier construction company to De Havilland of Canada Limited.

TAAG currently serves more than 12 domestic and international destinations in Africa, South America, the Caribbean, Europe and Asia, with a fleet of ten aircraft, four being 737-700 and six 777-300 and 777-200.
