The Cross River State has extended closing date for the bid of the construction of the Obudu International passenger/Cargo airport which was put on hold as a result of the global lockdown induced by the Covid-19 pandemic.
According to a press release by the state’s Commissioner for Aviation, Hon. Dr. Jake Out Enyia, the closing date for collection/submission of bids has now being extended to 12 noon on Tuesday, 27th October, 2020.
He said: “This is to enable our International and domestic bidders complete the collection/submission of bids process.
“The opening of bids is scheduled to hold on Tuesday, 27th October, 2020 at 12;30 pm in the conference room of the Ministry. Please note that bidders should be presented in persons or by their authorised agents or representatives.”
