Egyptian Minister of Aviation, Mohamed Manar, has said EgyptAir’s training center is the first in Africa to own “simulators” equipment for all aircraft models.
According to middleeast.in-24.com, the minister made the statement at the sidelines of the tour of EgyptAir Training Academy.

For his part, pilot Ehab El-Tahtawy, head of the EgyptAir Academy, said that the EgyptAir Training Academy provided training to all civil aviation workers, pointing out that the work of the EgyptAir Academy is not limited to Egyptians only, but rather trains a large number of Arab and African cadres, based on the leadership of the EgyptAir Academy.
Among the international academies specialized in the various fields of training and its strategy towards expansion and spread among neighbouring countries, where the EgyptAir Academy represents an edifice for aviation training in the African continent, as it was awarded the Best Aviation Training Academy in the African Continent for the year 2013 due to the academy’s latest training programs And representative flight equipment for training pilots, which includes Airbus models – A320 A330 -A340 and Boeing B777 / B737-800, as well as air hospitality training devices on the emergency CEET device and providing service on the CST device, in addition to training modern aircraft maintenance engineers on many models, which is done at the highest level.
During the tour, Tarek Farag, director of the website of the EgyptAir Academy, reviewed the activities of the EgyptAir Training Academy and the programs it offers to the trainees.
