Eswatini Air is set to broaden its regional footprint with the introduction of new scheduled services to Lusaka, marking another step in its network expansion strategy.

The airline announced it will commence two weekly flights between Eswatini and the Zambian capital beginning April 1, strengthening connectivity and trade links within Southern Africa.

According to ch-aviation.com, the new route will initially be operated on a triangular basis as an extension of the airline’s existing service to Harare International, using a 50-seater E145.

If demand meets expectations, the carrier plans to introduce nonstop flights to Lusaka and increase frequency. Eswatini Air also operates scheduled services to Johannesburg O.R. Tambo, Durban King Shaka, and Cape Town International.
