Aviation: Togolese Carrier, ASKY named “Best Airline In West Africa” At Accra Weizo

Togolese Carrier and Pan African Airline, Asky, has been awarded as the “Best Airline In West Africa” at a ceremony held at Accra City Hotel, located at the heart of Ghana’s capital Accra.

According to aviationghana.com, the award was received by the country representative ASKY in Ghana, Mr. Worlanyo Afadzinu, representing the CEO of ASKY. Mr. Esaya W Hailu.

The 6th edition of the Balafon Travel Award – West African Travel Awards 2023 recognised the airline’s remarkable performance and growth plan. It also recognized the contribution of ASKY to regional integration and the development of trade in the region.

ASKYs’ CEO, Mr. Esayas W. Hailu dedicated the award to Africa as a whole. “This is a recognition for all Africans” he stressed. The prize of all who have understood the importance of pulling efforts together towards establishing such a world-class airline, out of lots of sacrifices, to take up gradually and steadily all the challenges of Africa as far as air transport is concerned.

ASKY wishes to thank its esteemed customers for their vote of confidence and pledges to work even harder to avail them of the best possible regional air connectivity and travel experience.

ASKY currently operates a fleet of thirteen aircraft: nine (9) Boeing 737-800s and four (4) Boeing 737-700s, serving twenty-six (26) cities in twenty-four (24) countries within Africa.
