In line with her ever burning passion to bring smiles and succour to the hearts of the less privileged in society, Ebere Enemchukwu who is the current Mrs Tourism United Nations, has stretched out her hands of kindness towards the less privileged in the very remote part of Ikate in Lagos, Nigeria, on Sunday June 5, 2016.
The outreach to the Community was led by Ebelechukwu Enemchukwu and her Team, which comprise Mr Pascal Obiwulu, Peter, Daniel, Ruth and Mmesoma Kanu.
Ebele, speaking on the project said, ‘This outreach is a charity project. And we tagged the project, ‘From Our Kitchen to their Community’, to reflect our passion to demonstrate love to the locals at a completely different level’.
Amidst the eating and drinking, the Beauty Queen utilized the opportunity to drop some kind words of encouragement and advice which bordered on life and aspirations. Several of the women and girls, spoke of their aspiration to emulate her and to be like her.
Mrs Enemchukwu, who herself is a mother of three, revealed to the women that a desire to be like is commendable and good in itself.
However, she went on to say that, ‘True beauty actually transcends the physical’.
While thanking God for yet another successful outing, the Beauty Queen, who is no stranger to leaving lasting smiles on the faces of the less privileged, says she looks forward to executing more of such acts in the future.
True to her title as Tourism Queen, she has again re-emphasise her unwavering commitment towards the revival and sustenance of the Tourism Industry in Nigeria and Africa as a whole.
In her conclusion, she exclaimed that ‘It was a few hours well spent’.
It would be remembered that Ebelechukwu Enemchukwu is a wife and mother of three, who hails by birth from Enugu State; but now Anambra State by way of marriage. She holds a B.Sc. in Microbiology (Abia State University) and a Masters in Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University Of Lagos. With an over 10 years post-youth service work experience, she currently works as a Training Specialist with one the Telecommunications Companies in Lagos, Nigeria.
Upon competing in, and winning the Mrs Nigeria United Nations title in May last year, Ebele proceeded to Kingston, Jamaica for the International competition where she clinched the Mrs Tourism United Nations World title in July 2015. Ever since, it has been all about Tourism and Charity. She hopes to continue on this path even beyond her year of reign.
