I am Zainab A. Nasiru, an indigene of Taraba state and a graduate of Food science and Technology from University of Maiduguri in 2013. I also have a National Diploma certificate on Agricultural Technology in Ramat Polytechnic Maiduguri, I did the one year mandatory National Youth Service (NYSC) from 2015 to 2016.
I am a professional chef, entrepreneur, public & motivational speaker and currently based in Abuja Nigeria capital. I am a member of Association of Professional Chef in Nigeria, member African Chef United and I am a Training Facilitator in Nisa Distributors & Suppliers Ltd. I am not just a Chef but also a food scientist. I have trained thousands of Nigerians both young and old on food processing and Organic products.
To back up my career as a Chef, I have certification on food processing within Nigeria and outside the country. I attended certification courses with The State University of New York-Global Food Service Institute (SUNY-GFI) and other institutions which include; Culinary Class with Nisa Food, Patisserie and Baking, Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP1),
My dream is to keep the Culinary art moving.
