The Chefs Association of Ghana would participate in the World Chefs Congress in Malaysia. It is the time for Ghanaian Chefs to participate and take decision on the global stage and Ghana would be the second West Africa Countries after Liberia.
The congress which comes off every two years in the worldchefs Calender is to bring the chefs, supplies, hoteliers and the industry players to competite, network.
The WORLDCHEF Congress and Expo will be held at Kuala Lumpur Convention Center in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia from 11 – 14 July 2018.
The WORLDCHEFS Congress is a biennial event and a hallmark tradition of the World Association of Chef’s Societies (Worldchefs). It had been organised in over 35 cities across the world throughout it’s illustrious 87- year history.
It is a unique opportunity to showcase different countries cuisine, culture, traditions and its chefs and to capture the interest of the international culinary community. It welcomes influences by different cuisines, blends diverse heritages with new flavors, and endorses new ideas for healthy nutrition and taste.
The congress comprises a great educational program, competitions, a trade exhibition and numerous culinary events and activities, such as the Country Presidents and the Continental Directors Meetings.
