Radisson Hotel Group has announced Yehia El-Mansoury as General Manager of the Radisson Blu Hotel Lagos Ikeja. Following a highly successful tenure at Radisson Hotel Lagos Ikeja, Yehia now takes on an expanded leadership role within one of the group’s flagship upscale properties in Nigeria.
A seasoned hospitality professional with over two decades of experience across Africa and the Middle East, Yehia has built a reputation for operational excellence, strategic growth, and people-focused leadership. Since his appointment as General Manager of Radisson Hotel Lagos Ikeja in April 2023, he has played a pivotal role in strengthening the hotel’s market position and elevating guest experiences.
During his tenure at Radisson Lagos Ikeja, Yehia successfully led initiatives that enhanced service delivery standards, improved guest satisfaction scores, and drove consistent commercial performance. His leadership fostered a high-performing team culture centered on engagement, training, and community connection, while reinforcing the hotel’s reputation as one of Lagos’ top hospitality destinations.
