In a remarkable testament to their exceptional achievements and contributions to the travel and tourism sector, the finalists for the highly coveted Africa Travel 100 Under 40 Awards have been officially announced.
These accomplished individuals have left an indelible mark on the industry, showcasing innovation, dedication, and a commitment to excellence that sets them apart as true trailblazers.
Hosted by Atqnews and the Akwaaba African Travel Market, the prestigious Africa Travel 100 Under 40 Awards are a pivotal part of the upcoming event.
The Akwaaba African Travel Market, the largest travel expo in West Africa, will be held from September 3rd to 5th, 2023, at the renowned Eko Hotel and Suites in Lagos, Nigeria.
The event provides an exceptional platform for industry professionals to celebrate achievements, establish valuable connections, and explore the latest trends and opportunities in the travel landscape.
In 2017, Akwaaba Travel Market held Africa Travel 100 Women Awards recognizing African Women who have excelled in the area of Travel and Tourism, gracing the event. In, 2018, it held the Africa 100 Tour operators award for tour operators promoting destinations in the continent. In 2019, it held the Africa Travel 100 Global Personalities awards.
Also, in 2022, another set of Africa Travel 100 women were recognized for their exceptional contribution to the growth of the tourism industry in Africa.
The three-day Akwaaba African Travel Market will feature a variety of exciting highlights, including the African Food Fair, Medical Tourism Expo, Africa Youth Tourism Bantaba, and Destination Wedding Expo. The event promises to be an inspiring celebration of achievements, an unparalleled networking opportunity, and a platform to shape the future of the travel industry in Africa.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like appreciate your “African Travel Market, the prestigious Africa Travel 100” Under 40 Awards are a pivotal part of the upcoming this event.
But as the title for the award criteria show that why the tour & guide responsibilities are very high experience in touring & guiding for the sector in the area are excluded…..??!!. Therefore, why in this competition the contribution of Tour guides & curators for those sectors are very necessary. Please for further don’t hesitate these areas of competitors can include for the area of fields.
