Uganda has been named the best English speaking country in Africa, followed by South Africa and Nigeria.
According to howafrica.com, there are 28 countries in Africa that speak English.
From the pool of these 28, the World Linguistic Agency made a list of the best English-speaking ones.
Uganda tops the list, followed by South Africa and Nigeria.
