In a move to strengthen planning and investment across its travel sector, Botswana has introduced a new interactive tourism statistics dashboard that consolidates key industry data from multiple institutions.
According to tourismupdate.com, the platform provides real-time insights into visitor arrivals, source markets and other critical trends, offering stakeholders a comprehensive tool to support informed decision-making and enhance the country’s tourism development strategy.
The project is a joint initiative between Botswana’s Ministry of Environment and Tourism and the Japan International Cooperation Agency.
