A certified John Maxwell Team Coach and Mentor (USA), she is also a Centre for Management Development, Nigeria (CMD) trainer and consultant, and a member of the Institute of Directors, Nigeria (IoD).
An accomplished human resource professional, she has worked in various multinational companies in the UK such as Coca Cola, Walt Disney, WestLB AG, Colt Telecommunications, and Gulliver’s Travels.
Noela understands board dynamics and is currently serving in various capacities including Non-Executive Director of Source Microfinance Bank, Publicity Secretary of WEIHA Association, and committee member, Skal Int’l Technology Committee. She has also served in various executive roles such as Chair, Public Image; Chair, Club Administration; and Chair, Service Projects, all of the Rotary Club of Amuwo. She also served as secretary, Women in Business and Tourism Nigeria (WIBAT).
