The Cross River State Carnival Commission has rescheduled the first Carnival Dry Run from October 20, 2024, to October 13, 2024.
According to the Executive Secretary – Hon Austin Cobbam ANIPR, this decision was made due to Carnival Calabar’s participation in an International Event. The Carnival Commission remains committed to deliver.
