Stella Fubara, the Managing Director of Del-York Development Company, a subsidiary of Del-York Group, is set to speak at the 8th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Nigerian Association of Tour Operators (NATOP).

Her background in business development, hospitality, entertainment, and risk management has enabled her to navigate dynamic business environments and drive sustained growth and success for organizations. As the former Regional Director of International Operations at the Dubai Department of Economy & Tourism (DET), Stella played a pivotal role in promoting Dubai as a premier destination for tourism and business, achieving significant advancements in market expansion, strategic partnerships, and revenue growth.
Stella’s diverse expertise includes roles at prestigious organizations such as Deloitte & Touche USA, Walt Disney World USA, Wyndham Vacation Hotels & Resorts USA (Director), Wakanow.com Nigeria (Chief Business & Marketing Officer), and Neom Saudi Arabia (Head of Global Trade). Her extensive experience in finance, marketing operations, and business development has earned her accolades and recognition from numerous organizations and countries in the hospitality and tourism industry. Currently pursuing her Doctor of Business Administration (DBA), Stella remains committed to enhancing her knowledge and expertise in business management and leadership.
The NATOP AGM will also feature other notable speakers, including Mrs. Lola Ade John, the Federal Minister of Tourism, and Bayo Adedeji, the Group Chief Executive Officer (GCEO) of Wakanow.com. Dr. Kabir Ali Masanwa, Executive Director of Economic Development and Investment at the Katsina State Development Management Board, and Mrs. Uloma Egbuna, CEO of Tour Brokers International Ltd., will also share their insights on current trends and future prospects of the tourism sector.
