As the countdown to the US Presidential elections gather momentum, the Democrats have received a boost in their bid to get into the White House, with the Pan African Information Communication Technology Association (PAICTA) recently supporting and embracing Vice President candidate Kamala Harris.

The Pan African Information Communication Technology Association (PAICTA) is supporting and embracing the US Democratic Vice Presidential candidate Kamala Harris. PAICTA believes that Harris is a shining example of leadership for black women in Africa and throughout the Diaspora.

Sonwabo Mdwaba, the president of PAICTA says that the women empowerment and emancipation is NOW, and that the destiny of the “African Girl Child” is on all of us. “It is time for the “African Child” to collaborate with one another and unite in Africa and the rest of the Diaspora,” explains Mdwaba.

PAICTA was formed in response to the needs of information and communication technology for small and medium business enterprises in Africa.

The association is an integrated and inclusive society and organization in Africa that improves the quality of life for African citizens through enhanced technology innovation and digital transformation. PAICTA works continuously to drive African digital equity.

Ronnie Goodman, PAICTA’s Communications & Media Marketing Manager for the US and the African Diaspora says that it is wonderful that such an organizations as PAICTA show support for Kamala Harris as US vice-president because the organization is committed to empowering African women and youth.

“Harris is a shining example in leadership for black women in Africa and throughout the Diaspora,” says Goodman
