According to details shared by its Chief Executive Officer, Mesfin Tasew, the airline aims to increase its international destinations from 145 to 243, while domestic routes are projected to grow from 23 to 47. Alongside passenger growth, Ethiopian Airlines is targeting a major boost in cargo operations, with annual capacity expected to rise from 850,000 tons to 2.1 million tons, reinforcing its position as a leading cargo operator on the continent.

Financially, the airline is aiming to reach $30 billion in annual revenue, signaling confidence in sustained demand growth and operational scale.
