Managing Director of the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN), Mrs. Olubunmi Kuku, highlighted the importance of the National Single Windows to enhance cargo operations in Nigeria.

Kuku made a presentation at the National Single Windows Conference on the topic “The Impact of Single Window on Trade Facilitation Through More Streamlined Processes At Our Cargo Terminals”.

Her presentation focused on how the implementation of a Single Window system can improve trade facilitation by optimizing processes at Nigeria’s cargo terminals, ensuring greater efficiency and transparency in air cargo operations.

According to a statement by FAAN, the National Single Window (NSW) is a Federal Government Initiative aimed at implementing a centralized electronic trade platform, and transforming Nigeria into a leading trade hub in Africa through a unified digital platform that improves trade facilitation.

This reaffirms the Federal Ministry of Aviation & Aerospace Development and FAAN’s unwavering commitment to transforming Nigeria into a hub for global trade and aviation excellence.
