Africa: Gov. Ayade directs resumption of cable car operations at Obudu Mountain Resort for tourism traffic

In readiness to guarantee maximum satisfaction for the high volume of traffic expected to the State this yuletide season, the Cross River State Governor, Senator Ben Ayade, has directed the immediate resumption of Cable Car operations at the Obudu Mountain Resort.

The Special Adviser, Obudu Mountain Resort, Hon. Bobby Ekpenyong, who made this known on Thursday in his office at the Resort, pointed out that Governor Ayade’s directives is a further affirmation of his keen interest in the growth of tourism in Cross River State, adding that the Resort will do its best to ensure that tourists coming in this Christmas will be satisfied with the services the Resort has to offer.

Hon. Ekpenyong, while assuring visitors of a second-to-none experience while holidaying up in the clouds, explained that the Cable Cars are in good shape and will undergo routine maintenance on a weekly basis to guarantee efficiency in service delivery.
