The Chief Executive Officer, Jous Ventures Limited, Joseph Frank Umoh has been listed as one of the top 100 tourism personalities in Nigeria.
Jous Ventures Limited is a one-stop leisure company that includes JOUS Leisure Travels & Events – A travel, Tourism, Events and Destination Services business.
Joseph Frank Umoh originally trained as a Safety / Security advisor and worked for more than twelve years with a joint European/American Fortune -100 company in various countries of the Middle East including UAE (Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman), Saudi Arabia and Kuwait.
He is passionate about tourism and have worked devotedly for the growth of tourism and the leisure industry in Akwa Ibom State. I am currently the State Secretary of Federation of Tourism Associations of Nigeria (FTAN) in Akwa Ibom.
I served as a member of the State’s World tourism Day planning committee WTD2019; and presently am member of the AKWA Ibom Hospitality Monitoring Team (AHMT), a body set up by the state government to supervise the safe resumption of Tourism services (including the hospitality sector) in the aftermath of the Covid-19 pandemic.
