The Miss One Nigeria Organisation proudly participated in Air Peace’s historic inaugural Lagos–Bamako flight on August 1, 2026, reinforcing its commitment to promoting Nigeria through culture, tourism, and regional integration.
Representing the organisation on this landmark journey were the Convener and National Director, Violet Ejiata @violetejiata President, Mrs. Anthonia Ahanor @thecoachnaya; Vice President, Barrister Ozumba Mbadiwe @ozeembadiwe; and Director of Content, Olatoyinbo Afeez @infinity_signature.

The delegation was proudly outfitted by Nigerian-owned lifestyle brand, Africana House @africanalagos, which sponsored bespoke luxury travel accessories, including its signature Africana Mat Bags and premium duffel bags, showcasing Nigerian craftsmanship and style on the international stage. Further strengthening the delegation’s national identity, the Office of the First Lady of the Federal Republic of Nigeria supported the mission with the One Nigeria Unity Fabric @unity_fabric_ng, which was elegantly worn by the National Director Violet Ejiata throughout the trip, symbolising national unity and cultural pride.

During a technical stop at Ahmed Sékou Touré International Airport in Conakry, Guinea, the delegation joined Air Peace in receiving a warm welcome from the Prime Minister of Guinea, the Minister of Transport, and other senior government officials.

Upon arrival in Bamako, Mali, the celebrations continued with an exclusive grand reception where they joined Nigeria’s Ambassador to Mali Amb Geoffrey Chima and Air Peace HOC Nowel Ngala, marking the successful launch of the new route and highlighting the growing importance of cultural diplomacy in fostering stronger relationships between African nations.

The collaboration between Miss One Nigeria and Africana House reflects a shared commitment to projecting a positive image of Nigeria beyond its borders. By combining fashion, culture, tourism, and strategic partnerships, the delegation demonstrated the power of Nigerian brands to serve as ambassadors of excellence on the continental stage.
