Africa: Nigeria Firm Riveton launches beach housing project to boost tourism, economy

Nigerian real estate firm, Riveton Homes and Properties has launched the first-ever beach apartment in eyebrow Lekki- Scheme II area to boost beach tourism potential and help increase the country’s earning capacity.
The fast-rising real estate and hospitality company said the project for the young and the young at heart.
According to guardian.ng, Managing Director of the company, Rilwan Atiku at the launch said the apartments gives people the platinum real estate opportunity at their fingertips.
According to him, the firm also has a co-ownership initiative called Riveton Co-ownership Programme (RIVCO), to enable anyone to invest in any of their apartment with a friend or family member.
“All the apartments are smart and also come with all the modern and chic features to make your living experience priceless.
“Some of the features of these apartments include free and easy access to the beach, in-house laundry services, open plan kitchen, metered water and electricity, lifetime membership to Laguna Beach Club, minimalistic architectural design and so on,” he said.
Named Laguna Beach Apartments, the project provides people with the opportunity to love the euphoric life and also generate income at the same time.
