Nigerian citizens living in the Islamic Republic of Iran have received large consignments of relief aid from the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Nigeria in the Middle East country.
The government of the Federal Republic of Nigeria had responded favourably to the Embassy’s plea for support to the plethora of Nigerian students in numerous universities as well as professionals working in the country.
Each student body and group of professionals was represented in a presentation ceremony at the Nigerian Embassy observing safety protocols prescribed for combating the spread of COVID-19.
The relief materials provided for each Nigerian
included:
1- Rice
2-Cooking oil
3- Sugar
4- Macaroni
5- Face masks
6- Hand Gloves
7- Hand sanitizer
