The Anglican Diocese of Seychelles has elected Reverend Danny Elizabeth as its fifth Bishop, marking a historic moment as he becomes only the second Seychellois to hold the position.
The announcement has been met with warm congratulations from across the country, including from political movement Lalyans Nouvo Sesel, which praised Bishop-elect Elizabeth for his long-standing commitment to faith, service, and community.
